The article focuses on the peculiarities of presentation of the speech genreof cursing in Ukrainian, Russian and English linguistic cultures. It has been emphasized that such kind of paremia as cursing verbalizes the communicative law of absorption of negative emotions. Curse words occupy a certain place in a concept fi eld “Confl ict” that has its peculiar structure. Curse words verbalize the consequences of the confl ict as it is expressed in differentlinguistic cultures.

W artykule analizowana jest specyfi ka reprezentacji językowego gatunku przekleństwa w ukraińskiej, rosyjskiej i angielskiej wspólnocie lingwokulturowej. Szczególna uwaga została skupiona na tym, iż właśnie taki rodzaj paremii jak przekleństwo, werbalizuje regułę komunikatywną absorbcji negatywnych emocji. Przekleństwo posiada odpowiednie miejsce w polu konceptualnym “Konflikt”, odznaczającym się osobliwą strukturą. Przekleństwa poprzedzają wynik konfliktu oraz są różnorodnie wyrażane w poszczególnych wspólnotach językowych i kulturowych.

W artykule zostały zaprezentowane rozważania dotyczące jednego z najbardziej aktualnych zagadnień z zakresu emotywności w lingwistyce – wzajemnego przenikania się najważniejszych pojęć, które kształtują metajęzykową lingwistyczną teorię emocji - emocjonalności, ocenie, ekspresyjności. Analizę przeprowadzono pod kątem semantycznym i pragmatycznym. Przedstawiono stosunek autora do szeregu skomplikowanych założeń metodologicznych w teorii i praktyce lingwoemotywności.

The article focuses on the analysis of the language means of the negative emotions verbalization in modern publicistic texts in Ukrainian and English. A direct nomination of emotions, interjections, vulgar words, exclamatory marks, metaphors, negative particles are considered to be the main means of the negative emotions expression.

W artykule dokonano analizy sposobów wyrażania negatywnych emocji gniewu, nienawiści, oburzenia we współczesnych ukraińskich oraz angielskich tekstach publicystycznych. Bezpośrednia nominacja emocji, wyrazy-wykrzykniki, brutalna leksyka, znaki wykrzyknienia, metaforyczne przeniesienia, negatywnie zabarwione partykuły to środki wyrażenia negatywnych emocji.

The article focuses on the analysis of language means of liquidation of a negative energy caused by the negative emotions and estimation of the reality that function in a personality's language consciousness in Russian, Ukrainian, English linguo-cultures. The curse-words, evaluation-words and non-verbal means belong to these language means.

The article focuses on the actualization of one of the problem of linguistics of emotions - the ways of representation of the negative emotions and feelings by means of “the affective punctuation signs” or “the emotional punctuation signs” that model the transposition in fiction texts of different linguistic cultures (Ukrainian, Russian and English). This fact gives grounds to single out an emotional punctuation as a constituent of linguistics of emotions. The data of a psycho-linguistic experiment held among the students have been represented.

Artykuł aktualizuje jeden z problemów lingwoemocjologii - sposoby przedstawienia negatywnych emocji i uczuć za pomocą odpowiednich “afektywnych znaków przestankowych” lub “emocjonalnych znaków przestankowych”, modelujących transpozycję w dziełach literackich różnych lingwokultur (zwłaszcza ukraińskiej, rosyjskiej, angielskiej), co pozwala na wyróżnienie “interpunkcji emocjonalnej” jako składnika teorii lingwoemocjologii. Artykuł prezentuje również wyniki eksperymentu psycholingwistycznego, przeprowadzonego w audytorium studenckim.
