Polska pedagogika pracy podejmuje problematykę dotyczącą orientacją zawodową, konfliktami społecznymi pomiędzy pracodawcami i pracownikami oraz nową pracą i wpływem postępu naukowo-technicznego na zmiany w edukacji.

In the social sciences discussion over culture, civilization, chaos in education has little support from the political, economic and business bodies. This is due to the ignorance of the unware decision-making mechanisms of large socio-professional groups, especially hived men. Educational chaos is being revealed in connection with the inadequacy of education and training to the needs and opportunities of the labor and employment market. Polish labor pedagogy takes issues concerning professional orientation, social conflicts between employers and employees and new work and influence of scientific and technical progress, over changes in education.

Pedagogika pracy jako subdyscyplina wśród nauk pedagogicznych aktywnie uczestniczy w badaniach i w procesach wdrożeniowych w edukacji na rzecz innowacji i twórczości dla pracy oraz zawodowej satysfakcji.

Wykształcenie wyższe jest wartością indywidualną i społeczną, a poczucie degradacji społecznej ujawnia się wówczas, gdy absolwent szkoły wyższej jest zmuszony podjąć zatrudnienie i pracę, gdzie wymagane są kwalifikacje na wyraźnie niższym poziomie. Badania jakościowe przy zastosowaniu metody indywidualnych przypadków, analizowanych w kontekście globalizacji, zmian cywilizacyjnych, kategorii szczęścia, pozwoliły stwierdzić, że relacje pomiędzy wyższym wykształceniem a zatrudnieniem i pracą zawodową zależą od wielu czynników osobowościowych, rodzinnych i środowiskowych. Przy odwołaniu się do teorii chaosu ujawniają się niektóre mechanizmy rządzące losem absolwentów szkół wyższych, zależne od lokalnej polityki kadrowej i szczęścia.

Higher education is the of individual and social value, and the sense of social degradation manifests itself when high school graduate is forced to take up employment and work, where required qualification are at a much lower level. Qualitative research using the method of individual cases, analyzed in the context of globalization, civilization changes, happiness category revealed that the relationship between higher education and employment and professional life depend on many personality, family and environmental factors. Referring to the chaos theory there are revealed some mechanisms governing university graduates, fate which depend on the local personnel policy and happiness.

Problematyka chaosu cywilizacyjnego w edukacji rozwiązywana jest przede wszystkim w aspekcie profesjo- logicznym wynikającym ze zmienności zawodów oraz warunków pracy. Cywilizacja rozumiana jako stan kultury materialnej zawiera w sobie czynniki dynamizujące i zarazem hamujące procesy zmian w edukacji. Dlatego chaos metaforyczny i deterministyczny traktowane są jako nie do końca znane mechanizmy ujawniające się w chmurach, które związane są z technologią informacyjno-komunikacyjną oraz w silosach informacyjnych kumulujących wiedzę i kapitał społeczny nie zawsze wykorzystany na rynku pracy i działalności w czasie wolnym od pracy.

The problem of the chaos of civilization in education are resolved primarily in profess-logical aspect resulting from occupation variability, and working conditions. Civilization understood as a state of material culture includes the factors dynamiting and at the same time inhibiting the processes of change in education. Therefore, metaphorical and deterministic chaos are treated as not fully known mechanisms manifest themselves in the clouds, that are associated with information and communication technology and information silos cumulative knowledge and social capital is not always used in the labor market and activity in their leisure time.

Powstanie teorii chaosu związane jest ze zwiększeniem możliwości obliczeniowych komputerów bitowych, a w perspektywie jawi się cywilizacja kubitowa i subkubitowa. Zazębiające się problemy globalizacji, gospodarki i edukacji nie można rozwiązywać w oparciu o jedną teorię naukową i niedoskonałe narzędzia pomiarowe. Istotą przedmiotowych dociekań nad globalizacją, gospodarką i edukacją jest tworzenie porządku z chaosu, gdy z niewymiernej i nieliniowej rzeczywistości wyłania się rozwijający się interdyscyplinarny świat nauki, aby ten świat chaosu myśli był opisywany przez atraktory, solitony, bifurkacje, czy fraktale, które można uznać za matematyczne modele tworzenia porządku, nie tylko w przyrodzie.

The issue guide lining the solution procedures with the help of chaos theory referring to the relationships between globalization, economy and education is possible with the help of nonlinear dynamics system that is to say the thermodynamics of irreversible processes. Inception of chaos theory is associated with increased capabilities of computers bit, and in the future computers qubits and subqubits civilization will show up. Globalization, economy on the basis of one scientific theory and imperfect measurement tools. The core of the investigation over the globalization, the economy and education is to create order out of chaos when from irrational and nonlinear reality growing interdisciplinary scientific world is emerging to describe the thought chaos word by attractors, solitons, bifurcation, and fractals, which can be considered as mathematical models of creating order, not only in nature.

The issue of public trust in research and teaching raises varied interest and is involved in multiple strands of conflict and environmental conditions. As theorists and academic teachers, general educators teaching participants of educational processes, e.g. trainee teachers, often tend to have limited trust in methodologists who are teach the same subject. Fractality of limited mutual trust generally situates itself on many substantive levels and corresponds to the technology of education, which is revealed in the so-called reliability and geometry of trust concerning the evaluation of the quality of education. The article has the nature of interdisciplinary research inspiration from the geometry of confidence to the fractal theory.
