Príspevok sa zaoberá problematikou zmapovania informovanosti študentov Univerzity Konštantína Filozofa v oblasti BOZP. Cieľom prieskumu bolo zistiť, či študijný odbor, ktorý študenti vysokej školy študujú má vplyv na dosiahnuté výsledky v prieskume. Sledovali sme najmä zorientovanie sa študentov v základných pojmoch súvisiacich s bezpečnosťou práce a úroveň ich právneho povedomia.

The paper deals with the issue of mapping the awareness of Constantine the Philosopher University students about the safety and health protection at work. The aim of the survey was to find out whether the field that the higher education students study has an effect on the results achieved in the survey. Westudied the students´ orientation in the area of basic terms associated with the safety at work as well as the level of their legal consciousness.
