Artykuł zawiera zagadnienia i rozważania związane z programowaniem i robotyką w nowej Podstawie programowej w kontekście kompetencji, a raczej ich braku, wśród nauczycieli informatyki. Porusza takie zagadnienia jak: 1) (nie)kompetencje informatyczne nauczycieli, 2) rozważania dotyczące nowej Podstawy programowej z informatyki, 3) przemiany w Podstawie programowej dotyczące kształcenia informatycznego w szkole podstawowej, 4) Podstawa programowa z informatyki (ustępująca i nowa) a realizowane treści z programowania i robotyki w szkole podstawowej, 5) przygotowanie nauczycieli w zakresie programowania i robotyki, 6) narzędzia i pomoce wspomagające naukę programowania dla uczniów i nauczycieli. Nauczyciele informatyki w szkole podstawowej potrzebują wsparcia w przygotowaniu się do prawidłowej realizacji nowej Podstawy programowej z informatyki.

The article contains issues and considerations related to programming and robotics in the new Core Curriculum in the context of competences, or rather their lack, among IT teachers. It addresses issues such as: 1) (un) IT competences of teachers, 2) considerations regarding the new Core Curriculum in Computer Science, 3) changes in the Core Curriculum regarding IT education in primary school, 4) Curriculum in Computer Science (retiring and new) and implemented programming and robotics content in primary school, 5) preparation of teachers in programming and robotics 6) tools and aids supporting learning of programming for students and teachers. IT teachers at primary school need support in preparing for the proper implementation of the new Core Curriculum in Information Technology.

Szukając odpowiedzi na stawiane pytania, podjęta została próba usytuowania nauczyciela w aktywności zawodowej, która może stanowić podstawę do zastanowienia się, czy pracę nauczyciela należy postrzegać w kategoriach zawodu czy powołania?

The article contains issues related to the profession of teacher, looking for answers to the questions: 1) Who is the teacher?, 2) Teacher, vocation or profession? and draws attention to 3) Expectations of teachers related to their functioning in the profession. Searching for answers to the questions posed, an attempt was made to position the teacher in professional activity, which may be the basis for wondering whether the teacher's work should be seen in terms of calling.
