У статті охарактеризовано перебіг судової реформи в Україні від здобуття незалежності до наших днів. У статті представлено аналіз основних етапів судової реформи, зокрема їх часові рамки, пов’яза- ні нормативно-правові акти та зміст проведених реформ. Доведено, що судова реформа в Україні є далекою від завершення, а вимога у системності її реалізації може бути виконана за рахунок визнання судового права як галузі права, за якою закріплено регулювання су- спільних відносин, пов’язаних зі здійсненням правосуддя.

The article describes the progress of judicial reform in Ukraine from the time it gained independence to present days. The article analyzes the main stages of judicial reform, including their timeframes, related legislative regulations and content of reforms. It has been proved that the judicial reform in Ukraine is far from its completion, and the requirement of consistency of its implementation can be accomplished through recognition of judicial law as a branch of law which regulates social relations related to administration of justice.
