Artykuł analizuje problematykę dezinformacji, jako instrumentu osiągania trwałych celów politycznych. Zasadniczym celem było wskazanie działań dezinformacyjnych stosowanych przez służby i media rosyjskie w stosunkach z Polską. Działania te służą realizacji polityki energetycznej, mającej krytyczne znaczenie dla Federacji Rosyjskiej. Interesy te stoją w zasadniczej sprzeczności z interesami i bezpieczeństwem energetycznym RP. Autor dokonuję przeglądu mechanizmów dezinformacji wykorzystywanych przez Federację Rosyjską analizując działania związane z najistotniejszymi projektami energetycznymi realizowanymi obecnie w basenie Morza Bałtyckiego - Nord Stream 2, Baltic Pipe, terminal LNG.

The article examines the issue of disinformation, as an instrument of achieving the political objectives. The primary objective/task/purpose was an indication of disinformation actions proceed by the Russian media and government services in relations with Poland. These operations/activities serve the purposes of Russian energy policy, which is critical for the Russian Federation. In some dimension, those purposes stand in fundamental contradiction with the interests and energy security of Poland. The Author reviewed mechanisms of Russian disinformation by analyzing the open sources materials associated with the most important energy projects carried out currently in the Baltic Sea area - Nord Stream 2, the Baltic Pipe, LNG Terminal.
