It was take into account the main historical dictionaries, the dictionaries of modern language as well. The latest texts considers adjective ‘ofensywny’ in new meaning and couse of it there is this lexeme in dictionary of neologies. The study of historical dictonaries shows that the meaning of neosemantism was existed in 16th centuary.
