The given article presents the results of analysis of Russian prepositions coding in teaching explanatory dictionaries. The analysis shows that the absence of the most Russian prepositions are not required according to the methods of Russian languages. Thus, they can’t be systematized and the teaching material is not full.
The article discusses the topic of creation of an anthropocentric (anthropic) dictionary. It sees language as the essence of a human’s consciousness and reflects the mechanism of the Russian language knowledge. However, the theory of anthropocentrism being generally elaborated, nobody has suggested a complete concept enabling lexicographers to create an anthropocentric dictionary. The article presents our vision of the problem and its possible solutions.
