The paper has shown the methods and forms of educational probation. The paper is preceded by a short introduction in which were signaled problems discussed further below. The paper consists of three parts. The first part is presented the image of curatorial legislative judicial service. In the second part, the author presents the methods and techniques of probation supervision. The third part of the report is the analysis of the methods and techniques for working in probation. The paper concludes with a conclusion and set out bibliography.

W referacie ukazane zostały metody i formy oddziaływań wychowawczych kuratorów sądowych. W krótkim wstępie zasygnalizowane zostały problemy poruszane w dalszej części opracowania. Referat składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej przedstawiony został legislacyjny wizerunek kuratorskiej służby sądowej. W części drugiej autor przedstawia metody i techniki pracy kuratorów sądowych w nadzorze. Trzecia część to analiza metod i technik pracy kuratorów sądowych w dozorze.

In this paper the authors characterise the Christian notion of the sacred.They emphasise that the sacred is a term referring to an unspecified Mystery,that reference to the sacred sphere is associated with religion, andthat the concept of the sacred is the central religious category. This givesultimate meaning to human existence. All players get their sacredness fromGod. To the realm of the sacred belong also holy places. The article endswith a summary in which the authors point out that the Christian conceptof the sanctity is very rich in contents.
