Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to health education. The aim of this article is to discuss the issues related to the development of multi-generational health models based on the literature on the subject. The conclusion is that healthy eating is conscious eating, and society must understand that it is responsible for the health of future generations.

Współcześnie coraz więcej uwagi poświęca się edukacji zdrowotnej. Celem pracy jest omówienie problematyki związanej z kształtowaniem się wielopokoleniowych modeli zdrowia na podstawie literatury przedmiotu. Podsumowaniem pracy jest konkluzja iż zdrowe żywienie to świadome żywienie, a społeczeństwo musi zrozumieć iż jest odpowiedzialne za zdrowie kolejnych pokoleń.
