Artykuł pokazuje znaczenie i funkcje finansowania startupów jako zjawiska i projektów wysokiego ryzyka w Republice Białorusi. W opracowaniu przedstawiono główne kierunki działań wspierających kreatywność i działalność innowacyjną w Republice Białorusi. Wskazano na potrzebę systematycznego podejścia do roz-woju systemu twórczości i działalności innowacyjnej w warunkach gospodarki cyfrowej.

The article is devoted to an actual problem forming creativity and innovative activity ecosystem and the formation of new business models in the Republic in the context of digitalization and communications of Forth Industrial Revolution. The main directions of development of creativity and innovative activity ecosystem in the Republic are substantiated. The article reveals the role and functions of croudfunding in Belarus.
