The article deals with Polish, Belorussian and Russian cultural links and is devoted to one of modern Belorussian poets and translators – Jan Czikwin who in his output skillfully combines elements of three poetic traditions and Slavic cultures: Belorussian, Polish and Russian. Analyzing the chosen texts of Czikwin, the author concentrates on presenting the most characteristic aspects of his poetics.
