The article discusses the issue of corporate dictionaries that can be used for the dynamic management of business processes. The article indicates that dictionaries can be used for a full description of business process models. In these full descriptions, various types of ontologies are included relating to various aspects of organization management. These include ontologies describing the types of operations available, actors and their competences, documentation and their content, including the division into information fields and, in the case of unstructured documents, also tags and key words, resource classifications and performance indicators (PPI - Process Performance Indicators). By binding these types of ontologies, one can create a tool that will support ongoing business process management at various levels: individual operations, process instances, and even types and versions of processes. These dictionaries can communicate various IT tools such as ERP / BI class systems, as well as IT tools available on the Internet and supporting business partners of a given organization.

This article proposes concepts for a tool to support the management of prosumer activity. Using spatial descriptions, it allows for multi-criteria visualization of the effects of prosumer activity. Spatial description is a way of mapping reality using the broadly understood concept of space. In this case, space can be seen not only in geographic dimensions, but also as heuristic or mathematical space. The study presents the principles of construction, operation and objectives of using the proposed tool. The practical application of the tool to assess the prosumption effects of an IT company dealing with the implementation of ERP / BI class information systems has been shown. The applicability of the proposed tool has been verified on the basis of two criteria: feasibility and usability.. The article shows what can be visualized and in what way, and what benefits it can bring. The indication of how the concept of space can be used in dynamic management

The paper presents a prototype application – Spatial Visualization Tool (SVT), that can be used to visualize data from different kinds of Business Information Systems and external sources such as the Internet and document bases in the form of an interactive map. The concept of the paper is based on the assumption that all business data can be visualized in a way analogous to geographic maps. The manner of such a visualization can be very legible and facilitate business decision-making when it comes to analyzing large amounts of data. The first part of the paper introduces the reader toselected aspects of Geographic Information Systems methodology and briefly presents the algorithm of SVT. The second part explains the theoretical algorithm of acquiring data and performing a spatial visualization. The last section of the paper covers the practical example of SVT application to select candidates for a job. The prototype tool was constructed using Microsoft Excel with Visual Basic for Applications. We also present the idea to extend the functionality of SVT using semantic Web technologies for recognizing data sources and types to facilitate the automation of data visualization.

Rozwój miast i regionów wymaga współpracy wielu podmiotów.

The development of cities and regions requires cooperation of many entities, such as authorities, residents, municipal and commercial enterprises, universities, etc. The concept of prosumption is increasingly being used in order to realize a project or an investment. Prosumers are residents who have the opportunity to express their needs. The article shows the concept of a regional electronic community as an entity that acts as a prosumer. The first part presents the nature of presumption in urban projects. Subsequently the essence of regional electronic community is explained. Next section focuses on the application model of prosumption solutions and technology solutions. The article ends with considerations for further development and possible application study.
