The article analyzes publications (textbooks, dictionaries, manuals) aimed at the study of the Belarusian language in the context of culture. It is well known that the study of any language must take place in an inseparable connection with the cultural and historical realities it signifies. The author concludes that in the presence of a certain amount of linguistic and culture-related literature, in Belarusian linguistics there is a need to publish a thorough dictionary that would cover the layer of Belarusian vocabulary that presents a national and cultural component.

У артыкуле аналізуюцца выданні (падручнікі, слоўнікі, дапаможнікі), накіраваныя на вывучэнне беларускай мовы ў кантэксце культуры. Агульнавядома, што вывучэнне любой мовы павінна адбывацца ў непарыўнай сувязі з культурнымі і гістарычнымі рэаліямі, якія яна абазначае. Аўтар прыходзіць да высновы, што пры наяўнасці пэўнай колькасці лінгвакраіназнаўчай і лінгвакультуралагічнай літаратуры ў беларускім мовазнаўстве наспела неабходнасць выдання грунтоўнага слоўніка, які б ахапіў пласт беларускай лексікі з нацыянальна-культурным кампанентам.

In this study, the author presented the dictionary entries of the reference book “Country Belarus: Linguistic and Cultural Dictionary” prepared for publication, in which the Belarusian language is presented as a national-cultural phenomenon. The purpose of the study is to prove the need to include articles on the description of the Belarusian language in the register of the linguistic and cultural dictionary. The dictionary should become not just a linguistic publication, but also a means of reflecting the culture of society, national uniqueness, aimed at providing the reader with information about the peculiarities of the Belarusian language and culture. The task of the dictionary creator is to reflect the language that expresses the culture in which it exists.

У даследаванні прадстаўлены слоўнікавыя артыкулы падрыхтаванага аўтарам дадзенай працы да друку выдання “Краіна Беларусь: Лінгвакультуралагічны слоўнік”, у якіх беларуская мова выступае як нацыянальна-культурны феномен. Мэта даследавання– абгрунтаваць неабходнасць уключэння ў рэестр лінгвакультуралагічнага слоўніка артыкулаў, прысвечаных апісанню асаблівасцяў беларускай мовы. Слоўнік павінен стаць не проста лінгвістычным выданнем, а таксама сродкам адлюстравання і спасціжэння культуры грамадства, яго нацыянальнай унікальнасці, накіраваным на прадстаўленне чытачу інфармацыі пра адметнасці беларускай мовы і культуры. Задача стваральніка слоўніка заключаецца ў тым, каб адлюстраваць мову, якая з’яўляецца выразнікам той культуры, у якой яна існуе.
