In the article, attention has been focused on unilateral and multilateral forms of communication that are present during teaching future doctors and pharmacists the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. The interactive technologies (technology of educational dialogue, problem-dialogical teaching, educational discussion), which are used in the process of formation of information technology competences (IT competence) of the future specialists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation using the created manuals, have been determined. The role of manuals, which are created for teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation, during the implementation of interactive technologies in the process of formation of the IT competence of the future specialists has been clarified. Attention has been focused on the fact that the thematic, heuristic, rhetorical, carnival dialogues have occurred in the process of formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation using the created manuals. We have found out that in order to form the IT competence of the future specialists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation motivation, critical, conflict, self-representative, autonomous, reflexive, creative in content, spiritual dialogues and dialogue that realizes itself are used. We have concluded that training dialogue in the process of formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation using the created manuals performs cognitive, communicative, value, revealing, creative and reflexive functions. We have found out the features of problem-dialogical technologies and their use with the aim of formation of the IT competence of the future specialists who study the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. Attention has been focused on the use of academic discussion during the formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists as a mandatory element of process of interactive teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. We have concluded that the use of manuals, which have been created to study the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation, provides control of cognitive activities of the future specialists during the formation of the IT competence and aimed to develop a new type of thinking of subjects of the educational process, which is based on the knowledge,skills and formed IT competence.

In the article, attention has been focused on the concepts of “competitiveness” and “volitional quality”. We have described the content, motivational, emotional and volitional, operational components, within the limits of which the structure of competitiveness of the future doctors and pharmacists is determined at the presence of information technology competence (IT competence) formed during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training. The volitional qualities, what the future specialists develop and show in the process of formation of IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training, have been systematized. We have come to the conclusion that volitional qualities of the future doctors and pharmacists, which develop in the process of formation of IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training, should be divided into four groups, i.e. by spatial, time, energy and information parameters. The method of evaluation of levels of volitional qualities of the future doctors and pharmacists on condition of acquisition IT competence by them during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training has been offered, which provides the questionnaire survey of subjects of educational process with the use the formulated questions and implementation of algorithm of evaluation of its results with the use of the appropriate statistical methods. The high, middle, satisfactory and low (unsatisfactory) levels of volitional qualities, which develop at the future specialists in the process of formation of IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training, have been described. We have come to the conclusions on the levels of volitional qualities for each of participants of research as the results of the questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey with the use of statistical methods and the proper algorithm have been estimated. It has been found out, that the process of formation of IT competence during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific training with the use of the developed manuals allows the future specialists to develop their volitional qualities effectively.

In the article, attention has been focused on the concepts of “educational and methodological providing” and “educational and methodological complex”. We have described the principles, according to which educational and methodological complexes were created for providing the teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparation of the future doctors and pharmacists. We have found out, that the principle of integrity was initial during creation the educational and methodological complexеs. The model of the educational and methodological complexеs that providethe teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparationhas been developed. The model of the educational and methodological complexеs consists of 5 interconnected structural components – units, namely the units of the normative documentation, the program-planning documentation, the teaching and methodological support, means of training and means of control. We have found out, that sectoral standards of higher education, training programs (typical and working), and also textbooks and manuals form an invariant core of the created educational and methodological complexеs. It has been found out, that during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation created within the limits of the developed model of educational and methodological complexеs is a tool of the system- methodological support of the process of formation of information technology competence (the IT competence) of the future specialists. They are also a factor due to which different didactics means of teaching are integrated into one and correspond to the learning objectives. We have come to the conclusion, that in modern conditions of variability, differentiation and standardization of higher medical and pharmaceutical education, educational and methodological complexes, which were created for providing the teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparationwithin the limits of the developed model, is an important means of its methodological support and also largely aimed at the formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists.
