The paper is a form of statement in accordance with research conducted in 2016, in the field of activity of universities of the third age which are run in Cuiavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Every participation in UTW classes helps one cope with a difficult process of adaptation for retirement period and senility. The research was conducted among 29 universities, through a presentation of their organization, but we also focused on intellectual, social and recreational activities of the students. The primary objective, though, was to examine if, and in what extent do the UTW outposts fulfill their purposes in matters of completing the requirements and needs of their students.

Artykuł jest formą komunikatu z badań prowadzonych w 2016 roku nad działalnością uniwersytetów trzeciego wieku działających w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim. Udział w zajęciach UTW stanowi sposób na radzenie sobie z trudnym procesem adaptacji do emerytury i starości. Badania przeprowadzono na 29 UTW, przedstawiając nie tylko organizację poszczególnych instytucji, ale głównie skupiono się na aktywności intelektualnej, społecznej i rekreacyjnej ich słuchaczy. Głównym celem było sprawdzenie, czy i w jakim stopniu UTW spełniają swoje zadania w zakresie realizacji oczekiwań i potrzeb swoich słuchaczy.

The main objective of the study was to show the evolution of working with children in early childhood education over the centuries. Against this background, a Polish in shaping pedagogical thought and practice in early childhood education was also presented, highlighting educational reforms in Polish education.

Głównym celem opracowania stało się ukazanie ewolucji metod pracy z dzieckiem w edukacji wczesnoszkolnej na przestrzeni wieków. Na tym tle przedstawiono także polski dorobek w zakresie kształtowania myśli i praktyki pedagogicznej we wczesnej edukacji z zaakcentowaniem reform oświatowych w polskim szkolnictwie.

He following paper illustrates the research results from group discussions that were run among 32 teachers from Cuiavian-Pomeranian Province in 2016. Theircontent regards one of the elements of a hidden agenda of educational institution, which are represented by interpersonal relationships within teaching staff. All the experiences gained by teachers in educational institutions enabled us to reveal some methods that create a sort of „survival technique” within a complex reality of everyday relations among teaching staff. The teachers discussed how do they deal with toxic relations within the teaching staff, pointing out different types of bahavioral strategies.

DOI: 10.19251/sej/2020.11(4) Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań z prowadzonych w 2016 roku dyskusji grupowych wśród 32 nauczycieli z województwa kujawsko-pomorskiego. Ich treść dotyczy jednego z elementów ukrytego programu placówki oświatowej, jakim są relacje interpersonalne w gronie nauczycielskim. Przeżycia i doświadczenia nauczycieli zdobyte w placówkach oświatowych umożliwiły ujawnienie sposobów, które stanowią swoistą ,,strategię przetrwania” w skomplikowanej rzeczywistości codziennych relacji w gronie pedagogicznym. Nauczyciele wypowiadali się jak radzą sobie z toksycznymi relacjami w gronie, wskazując na różne strategie zachowań.

The issue of contemporary family life in its various aspects is a typical thread taken by filmmakers who try to sensitize the viewer to important social problems affecting the family. One of the films, which deals with a number of difficult social themes, is Jan Komasa’s psychological picture „The Suicide Room”, 2011, which is a kind of lens focusing the whole spectrum of weaknesses of modern man, related to the change of the model of upbringing in the family, as well as to the global development of civilization and media, which is not always a blessing. The film plays an important role in drawing the viewer’s attention to problems affecting young people who are just entering adulthood, it can serve as a reflection on their own life, on their own family and their atmosphere and relationships.

Problematyka współczesnego życia rodzinnego w różnych jego aspektach jest typowym wątkiem podejmowanym przez twórców kina, którzy starają się uwrażliwić widza na ważne problemy społeczne dotykające rodzinę. Jednym z filmów, który porusza szereg trudnych tematów społecznych, jest psychologiczny obraz Jana Komasy ,,Sala samobójców” z 2011 roku, będący swoistą soczewką skupiającą całe spektrum słabości współczesnego człowieka, związanych ze zmianą modelu wychowania w rodzinie, jak i globalnym rozwojem cywilizacyjno- medialnym, który nie zawsze jest dobrodziejstwem. Film pełni ważną rolę w zwróceniu uwagi widza na problemy dotykające młodych ludzi, którzy wchodzą dopiero w dorosłość, może służyć refleksji nad własnym życiem, nad własną rodziną i panującą w niej atmosferą i relacjami.

The phenomenon of sharenting has taken on enormous proportions nowadays. Documenting your own children's lives on the Internet has become a social norm, that shapes our reality. Parents regularly post information about their children, as well as photos and videos with their participation showing them in different situations, without care for their security and anonymity. The article is intended to get the respondents’ feedback about posting photos of their children on social media and the consequences that result from this fact.

Zjawisko sharentingu przyjęło w dzisiejszych czasach ogromne rozmiary. Dokumentowanie życia własnych dzieci w Internecie stało się jakby normą społeczną, czymś co kształtuje naszą rzeczywistość. Rodzice regularnie zamieszczają informacje o swoich dzieciach, a także zdjęcia i filmiki z ich udziałem ukazujące je w różnych sytuacjach, bez dbałości o ich bezpieczeństwo i anonimowość. Artykuł ma na celu poznanie opinii respondentów dotyczących zamieszczania zdjęć swoich dzieci w mediach społecznościowych oraz konsekwencji jakie z tego faktu wynikają.
