About the contents of the key elements of the Fourth industrial revolution: the Internet of things, cyberphysical systems, interobjects communication channels, "cloud technologies" as the basis for the formation of a planetary system memory is told in popular form. Along with analytical brief overview of the informative components of the coming information age three stories are offered for readers issues of forming. The approaches to solving the problem of the "Internet of things" intellectualization and its integration into the realities of human civilization.

A popular form of the article considers the content of the fundamental categories of memory. We consider it essential components associated with the collection, storage and reproduction of information. Affected by the implementation of the necessary conditions specified memory components in the formation and development of a variety of natural essences. We study the stability of the background memory systems and communication systems development processes with the characteristics of memory speed and capacity.

In short novels-fairy tales and essays the key issues of “development” are shown. In particular, in one of the stories necessary and sufficient prerequisites for development: irreversibility, direction, regularity, order, self-organization are analyzed. In another short story, in a novel-fairy tale the contradictions as the driving forces of development process and the factors forming them (impacting impulses and limitations) are discussed. In the third novel-fairy tale contents of the main phases of self-organization process of economic systems are analyzed. In a cycle of stories a series of aphorisms of well-known thinkers and a fragment of the popular book by Eihelberg that very clearly illustrates the achievements of mankind in its civilizational marathon are presented.

On the example of conceptual transition from “cowboy” (resource-intensive) to “spacemen economy” (based on renewable resources use and closed cycles of material reproduction) proposed in the 1960s by K. Boulding the article discusses the features of the contemporary transformation processes of sustainable (“green”) economy formation during the Third industrial revolution. Based on the analysis of the nature of the prerequisites for the formation of green economy and the challenge that it seeks to solve its main features are described. In a popular form of fairy tales the distinction between “brown” and “green” economies, and especially the key components that determine the profile of the Third industrial revolution, including 3D-printers, solar panels, wind generators, battery technology are characterized.

The innovative potential of the Third Industrial Revolution (TIR), which is realized through trialectic interaction of three groups of system forming factors: material and energy, information, synergetic – is studied. Directions of transformational changes in each of these factors groups during the TIR are analysed. Environmental vector of the TIR innovations through formation of green economy («economy of spacemen») is shown. In particularly it allows to form closed cycles of resource use. Three basic groups of innovations that provided the TIR: transition to renewable energy sources; the development of digital technologies in the production and consumption spheres; netting socio-economic system – are presented. In material and energy groups they are: transition to renewable sources of resources; effective accumulation of energy; resources saving measures; use of new materials; dematerialization of economic processes, including transport; coming to dynamic forms of material assets. In information groups they are: research providing technical modernization; informatization of production, logistics and consumption; revolution in material treatment convergence in production and consumption. In synergetic groups they are: netting of production and consumption; creating the EnerNet; forming virtual enterprise; horizontal distributive networks; «cloud» technologies introduction.

The article analyzes the organizational features of energy saving systems of national machine-building enterprises. Оrganizational structure of the management of an industrial enterprise focused on ensuring the effective use of available energy resources was proposed. Advantages and disadvantages of the application of the linear organization, the project groups and the small groups of control as an organizational structure for an energy savings unit was analyzed. The features of energy management at the stages of planning, implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency measures to ensure the effective use of available energy resources were investigated. Goals, objectives and specifics of operational monitoring of energy saving were defined. Improved energy saving management system of the machine building enterprise by implementing targeted energy monitoring was proposed. It provides for the establishment of centers of energy accounting for groups of similar consumers of energy resources.

The article analyses current issues of socio-cultural transformations for the “culture of sustainability” based on equal access to municipal services for all citizens, nurturing the “sharing economy”, “collaborative economy” and other approaches that combine the ideas of entrepreneurship, civic engagement and societal transformation. It reflects the socio-economic transformations targeted at the formation of decentralized renewable energy production, local food production, innovative transportation concepts, new approaches to social services and many other innovations, development towards a circular economy. The article also highlights the technological transformations that support the necessary socio-cultural and socio-economic transformations and serve the interest of citizens and society.

In the article the basic aspects of intrapreneurship as a one of the type of entrepreneurship are explored. Researched the history of the emergence and nature of intrapreneurship, its key features, differences and characteristics, scope and key issues. We consider the similarities and differences of intrapreneurship from entrepreneurship. The methods that were used to promote intrapreneurship in companies are provided. Comparative advantages and disadvantages of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship are determined. It is emphasized that the intrapreneurship organization usually can operate in one or in a combination of two forms: the coexistence and/or structural separation. It is indicated that large corporations are investing a lot of money in the development of intrapreneurship, and the main causes of this phenomenon in terms of competition with innovations at small intrapreneurship companies.

Article attention paid to the greening of transport perspective direction in the transition to a green economy. Analysed the impact of transport systems on the environment and health of human capital. The criteria of “greening” of transport systems, taking into account environmental and economic contradictions. An analysis of the structure of emissions by mode found that the largest share of emissions makes transport. Accordingly, the main directions of the greening of transport concentrated mainly on reducing emissions from vehicles, namely the introduction and promotion of transport that runs on alternative energy sources, the rejection of individual transport in favour of social and exotic, creation of multimodal centres. In terms of national economic realities studied the advantages and disadvantages electrocars operation at the present stage of development.
