Autorka analizuje rzeczywistą wagę legitymizacji prawa europejskiego. Wysunięto oskarżenie o utożsamianiu pojęć: legitymizacja instytucji UE, legitymizacja władzy UE, legitymizacja systemu politycznego UE, legitymizacja prawa europejskiego. W artykule możemy odnaleźć tezę o samolegitymizacji prawa europejskiego. Artykuł prezentuje różne modele legitymizacji prawa europejskiego (dla przykładu legitymizację demokratyczną, społeczną legitymację, proceduralną, aksjologiczną legitymację). Jednak że te modele są niewystarczające, ponieważ odsyłają do państwa narodowego i suwerenności narodowej. Należy zauważyć, że niedawno została zaproponowana nowa teoria do rozważania miejsca prawa UE w narodowych systemach prawnych. Państwa członkowskie nie korzystają z monopolu na prawa, jakie są wiążące na ich terytorium. Osoby fizyczne nie mają jednolitego zestawu instrumentów i środków prawnych do egzekwowania swoich praw subiektywnych; stanowią one raczej przedmiot i korzyść dla systemu prawa, który ma wiele centrów (krajowe centrum, centrum UE, globalne centrum).

Navadays people need to make difficult decisions all the times. They change their political orientations, cultural and moral orientations. In todays world people need to have their own morality system to show us what is the most important for them. Identity it is a problem you have to face to find your own place in this constantly changing community. This article presents the problem of relation between individual and community. The author considers conflict with regard to public welfare and rights of individual. In the concept of identity we can separate an individual identity and communal identity. For identity, it is most troubling that the fragmentation of knowledge has accelerated the dissppearance of the self-comprehension of humans.

Celem artykułu jest ukazanie, jaki wpływ ma integracja europejska na istnienie państw narodowych. W związku z tym przedstawiono kwestie suwerenności państw narodowych, gdyż wskazuje się, że źródeł integracji krajów i narodów znajduje się potrzeba ochrony i rozwijania suwerenności. Opisano, jak pojmuje się państwo narodowe i czy w związku z integracją mamy do czynienia z zanikiem państw narodowych. Na tym tle w sposób wyraźny zarysowuje się problem suwerenności, a w zasadzie koncepcji suwerenności jako sposobu legitymizacji prawa europejskiego. Unia Europejska postrzegana jest jako związek suwerennych, działających w zasadzie na poziomie międzyrządowym państw

This article is concentrated on the question of the significance of national states in the face of European integration. Author has considered the problem of sovereignty of national states and developing national states which have to protect own sovereignty. This article contains the analysis of comprehension of national states. Author has asked about declining of national states in the face of European integration. In this context the problem of sovereignty is clearly outlined; in fact the problem of the conception of sovereignty as a way of legitimating the European law. This European Union is perceived as a union of sovereign states, operating at the intergovernmental level that on the one hand respects the national identity of its member countries but on the other hand introduces legal acts that are binding for all the member countries, thank, to which particular tasks of the state are done and in this respect the sovereign power is executed together.

The aim of this article is to diagnose the symptoms of disorders and functioning of children at risk and traumatic development in the Polish educational system, as well as to identify possible legislative solutions related to appropriate educational and therapeutic activities and to safeguard the educational rights of these children. In educational law, there are legal solutions that provide the opportunity to organize for a child with more favorable conditions in the education system based on the value of educational equality.
