In the market economy the basic subject is a private enterprise dealing with the production of goods and services in order to maximize profit. The neoclassical microeconomics focuses on examining only these enterprises on the market, which strive to maximize profit within certain limitations in a rational way. Acc. to the act of September 1982 on the co-operative law (The Journal of Laws 1982, no 30, pos. 2010), a cooperative company belongs to a group of private enterprises. However, it is called a non-profit enterprise. Nevertheless, cooperative companies on the market are seldom confronted with capital companies. In the market economy it is a rare situation for a company not to be threatened by competition. And even if such a situation does happen, it is always connected with limited demand. Thus the following question may be asked: can a co-operative company, if it wants to become rational, utilize the marginalization theory in order to determine its general balance? The author is trying to answer this question in her article, selecting an agricultural supply co-operative for her analysis. Using the graphical method, she determines various types of optimums, at the same time stating what importance it has for the members and what position the co-perative holds on the market. In the conclusion she emphasizes that the difficulties with applying the marginalization theory in the co-operative companies are brought about by the way decisions are taken and these subjects are managed, and may be the reason why many of these enterprises are closed down.

W artykule dokonano analizy wydatków Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej, w latach 2013–2017 przez pryzmat potrzeb sił zbrojnych RP na tle zagrożeń na arenie międzynarodowej. W opracowaniu porównano wydatki na polską obronność względem NATO i innych krajów. Przeanalizowano wydatki MON w stosunku do wydatków na siły zbrojne potencjalnego agresora jakim mogłoby być państwo rosyjskie. Taka analiza jest istotną kwestią biorąc pod uwagę jak dynamicznie zmienia się sytuacja zagrożenia konfliktem międzynarodowym w skali światowej. Przedstawione porównania pokazały jak na tle innych krajów państwo polskie inwestuje w rozwój swojej obronności. Dodatkowo ukaże nam czy różnice z roku na rok wpływają pozytywnie na nasze zdolności obronne. Dzięki temu będzie można ocenić, czy przyjęta polityka obronna RP bierze pod uwagę wszystkie zagrożenia.

The article analyzes the expenses of the Ministry of Defense in 2013–2017 against the needs of the armed forces of the Republic of Poland facing the threats on the international arena. The elaboration compares spending on Polish defense in comparison with NATO countries and others. The expenditures of MON was analyzed in relations to the expenditures of the armed forces of a potential aggressor, potentially the Russian state. This analysis is an important issue considering the rapidly changing situation of international conflict threats on a global scale. The presented comparisons show us how the Polish state invests in the development of its defense against other countries.

Głównym celem badań było przedstawienie zmian zachodzących na rynku windykacyjnym i obrotu wierzytelnościami w Polsce oraz wybranych krajach w latach 2012- -2015. Na tle tych zmian oceniono działalność analizowanej firmy windykacyjnej i jej wyniki finansowe. Na wstępie przedstawiono strukturę polskiego rynku obrotu wierzytelnościami wg nominalnej wartości nabytych spraw w mln PLN i głównych graczy na tym rynku. Dokonano analizy rynku windykacji wg wartości portfeli konsumenckich i hipotecznych. Następnie oceniono przedsięwzięcia firmy i jej efekty ekonomiczne, stosując analizę wskaźnikową (wskaźniki rentowności i zadłużenia) oraz dynamikę wartości przychodów, marży pośredniej i zysku netto. W podsumowaniu przedstawiono perspektywy rozwoju tego rynku.
