The article presents the principles of economic policy of candidates in the 2010 presidential elections in Poland. It shows both differences as well as similarities in the approaches to various economic issues of the candidates running for election. It tries to give an answer which of the campaign promises caused an increase in endorsement from the electorate and which led to a conflict.
