The article presents the activities of the Municipal Public Library in Wisznice (the Lubelskie Province), which is the one of the leaders in the implementation of modern solutions in the field of reading promotion, culture and science, and social activity of the local community. This library is an example of effective use of the opportunities that have arisen thanks to the European funds.

Jest ona przykładem skutecznego wykorzystania możliwości rozwoju, jakie powstały dzięki funduszom europejskich.
