Ewolucja człowieka to ewolucja jego mózgu. Wykształcenie się umysłu pozwoliło na rozwój nauki i tworzenie wynalazków, które wpłynęły na samą ewolucję. Co więcej, rozwój techniki sprawił, że zachodzi integracja człowieka z maszyną. Wymaga to już integracji wiedzy z różnych gałęzi nauki. Rozwój techniki powinien uwzględniać sytuacje, kiedy może to być wpływ dwukierunkowy o skutkach niespodziewanych. Być może to jest jedno z największych wyzwań psychologii XXI wieku.

Evolution of the human is evolution of it’s brain. This development made possible the fact that is called evolution of the machine. This evolution requires integration of knowledge from different fields. Nowadays, the technique allows the integration of man and machine. Progress gives chance of bidirectional influence between machines and humans. It must be changed in future. Engineers have to begin a multi-level discussion on technology issues that are difficult to avoid in the near future, including artificial intelligence issues. Thus, at the design stage, the engineer has to take possibility of bilateral interaction.

Ewolucja człowieka jest zjawiskiem biologicznym. Rozwój technologii można nazwać ewolucją maszyn. Obecna technologia zmierza ku integracji człowieka z maszyną. Prowadzone są badania z wykorzystaniem układów scalonych, które wpływają na funkcjonowanie układu nerwowego. Zamodelowanie działania mózgu jest poza zasięgiem obecnej technologii, lecz można wskazać zaawansowanie w dziedzinie sztucznej inteligencji. Może ona stanowić zagrożenie dla egzystencji rasy ludzkiej. Innym niebezpieczeństwem jest niezbadany potencjalny wpływ dwukierunkowy mikrochipów na układ nerwowy. Są to problemy najbliższej przyszłości, które powinny być rozważone, nim pojawi się Robo sapiens, gdyż ludzkość jest coraz bliżej technologicznych możliwości odtworzenia pracy mózgu.

Human evolution constitutes a biological phenomenon. Developments in technology manifest themselves in the evolution of machines. Modern technology heads towards an integration of human beings with machines. Research on how microchips affect the nervous system is being conducted with the application of integrated circuits. Mariusz Hubert Kupniewski 39 Currently, the modelling of the human brain functioning is technologically out of our reach, but the research into artificial intelligence is relatively advanced and the latter may soon constitute a potential threat for the human existence. Other relevant threats involved here include the unexplored bidirectional impact or possible unexpected mutations in replication of the software. These are problems which are likely to occur in the near future and they should be considered before the development of the Robo sapiens becomes a reality, an achievement which, from the technological point of view, will soon be feasible.
