India is currently in third place in terms of the number of activities in the area of university cooperation (total in 2013 was 36 projects carried out), 24 French universities declared their cooperation with India. Signed agreements between universities which relate primarily to education, student exchange and research. Training in the field of humanities, management, political science. It should be noted, however, that university cooperation between France and India is not part of the steps taken in the area signed by the partnership.

Индия в настоящее время на третьем месте с точки зрения количества видов деятельности в области университетского сотрудничества (всего в 2013 году было проведено 36 проектов), 24 французских университетов заявляет о своем сотрудничестве с Индией. Подписанные соглашения между университетами касаются прежде всего к образованию, обмену студентами и исследований. Обучение в области гуманитарных наук, управления, политических наук. Следует отметить, что ни одно сотрудничество университетов между Францией и Индией никогда не являлось частью предприятии в области подписанного партнерства.

France after World War II was in a difficult situation. This involved a loss of position, not only as a superpower in the world but in Europe. Superpower, the global position of France, decided to rebuild, after the new president was elected in June 1959, Gen. Ch. de Gaulle. According to his conception of a foreign policy for France it should have a global dimension, supported by the independent French defense not only as a conventional but also nuclear power.

The main aim of the proposals for the Cohesion Policy 2014–2020, is to simplify the individual elements of policies. The legislative changes at EU level must be accompanied by initiatives at national level and regional simplification of procedures for beneficiaries. It is therefore proposed that each of the Member States should be set clear objectives in this area.
