This paper examines the nature and process of development of the Eurasian Economic Community, the implications of its energy potential, and answers the question of whether its members pursue a coherent policy of country importers. The research methodology is based on a descriptive analysis showing the energy potential and the actions taken within the framework of EurAsEC to set up a communitarianized energy policy.

Praca przedstawia charakter i proces rozwoju Euroazjatyckiej Wspólnoty Gospodarczej. Ukazuje implikacje wynikające z posiadanego przez EaWG potencjału energetycznego oraz odpowiada na pytanie, czy państwa prowadzą koherentną politykę energetyczną względem państw importerów. Metodologia badań opiera się na analizie opisowej przedstawiającej potencjał energetyczny i podjęte działania w ramach EaWG do utworzenia uwspólnotowionej polityki energetycznej.
