Przedmiotem analizy w tym artykule jest zagadnienie pracy ludzkiej w kontekście wybranej koncepcji Arystotelesa oraz próba przeniesienia tej myśli do współczesności. Podstawowym zamierzeniem jest ukazanie pracy jako wartości samej w sobie, poczucia sensu jej wykonywania oraz zwrócenie uwagi na zagadnienie etosu pracy.

The subject of the analysis of this text is the issue of human work in the context of Aristotle’s chosen concept and the attempt to transfer this to the present day. The basic intention is to show work as a value in itself, the feeling of sense of doing it, and draw attention to the issue of the work ethos.
