Конституционное судопроизводство в Азербайджанской Республике осуществляется специальным органом судебной власти – Конституционным Судом. Данный орган осуществляет не только конституционный контроль, но и является одним из механизмов системы сдержек и противовесов со стороны судебной власти, что является императивным для каждого демократического государства. Своей деятельностью Конституционный Суд оказывает значительное влияние на процессы государственного строительства в Азербайджанской Республике.

Constitutional legal proceedings in the Republic of Azerbaijan are carried out by the special body of judicial power – Constitutional Court. This court is not only the body of constitutional control, but also one of the main mechanisms of the system of checks and balances from the judicial power that is imperative for any democratic state. Through its functions the Constitutional Court generates a lot of influence on the state-building processes in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
