Celem niniejszego artykułu jest omówienie zagadnienia organizacji oddziałów Narodowego Banku Polskiego na Ziemiach Odzyskanych, na przykładzie Oddziału Narodowego Banku Polskiego w Raciborzu. W pierwszej kolejności przeanalizowana została kwestia stosunku władz komunistycznych do system bankowego. Następnie zbadane zostało ustawodawstwo w dziedzinie bankowości, w szczególności zaś przepisy dekretu z dnia 15 stycznia 1945 o Narodowym Banku Polskim. Następnie przedstawiono wyniki badań archiwaliów dotyczących organizacji Oddziału Narodowego Banku Polskiego w Raciborzu. Końcowa część artykułu została poświęcona wnioskom z przeprowadzonych badań.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the issues regarding the process of organising branches of National Bank of Poland in the so-called “Recovered Territories” on the example of National Polish Bank’s Branch in Racibórz. In the first place the matter of the communist authorities’ attitude towards the banking system was discussed. Secondly the legislation in the field of banking was analysed, especially the decree on National Bank of Poland of 15th January, 1945. Subsequently the archival sources regarding the National Polish Bank’s Branch in Racibórz were analyzed. The last part of the paper was devoted to conclusions drawn from the research.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza natury prawnej ubezpieczeń ustanowionych przez artykuł 58 Ordunku Górnego z 1528 roku, wydanego przez Jana II Opolskiego i Jerzego Hohenzollern-Ansbach. Jeden z jego artykułów był poświęcony problematyce ubezpieczeń górników. Artykuł 58 przewidywał, że część tygodniowego wynagrodzenia będzie zabierana i składowana w skrzyni. Pieniądze te były gromadzone i wydawane na potrzeby m.in. chorych i kalekich górników. Ponadto w artykule zawarto tłumaczenie artykułu 58 oraz krótko przedstawiono literaturę odnoszącą się do Ordunku Górnego z 1528 roku.
