Artykuł porusza problem jakości tekstu na przykładach niemieckojęzycznej literatury. Analizowane są anaforyzmy Gabriela Lauba (1928-1998) i wiersz Joseph von Eichendorff (1788-1857). Jakość translacji przedstawiona jest jako zależna od rodzaju tłumaczenia, przy czym rozróżnia się tłumaczenie konstruowane i kreatywne.
