Changes are in inherent feature of reality. As a result of changes, enterprises face the necessity of constant alterations in technology, organization and marketing. In such circumstances, the demand for information and the willingness of the stakeholders to pursue an open dialog grows. The article focuses on analyzing the issue of communicating changes in small and medium enterprises in the context of an ordered PMI methodology (Project Management Body of Knowledge) whose effectiveness has been proven in practice. Managing communication in compliance with PMI procedures allows enterprises to cope with the strict requirements set for communication processes and their intensity.

Immanentną cechą otaczającej rzeczywistości są zmiany, które z kolei stawiają przedsiębiorstwa w obliczu konieczności nieustannych innowacji o charakterze technologicznym, organizacyjnym i marketingowym. W tych warunkach w organizacjach rośnie zapotrzebowanie na informacje i chęć interesariuszy do otwartego dialogu. Artykuł koncentruje się na analizie problematyki komunikacji zmian w odniesieniu do małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, w kontekście uporządkowanej metodyki PMI: Project Management Body of Knowledge, o potwierdzonej w praktyce skuteczności. Zarządzanie komunikacją zgodnie z procedurą MPI pozwala na sprostanie wysokim wymaganiom wobec procesów komunikacyjnych i ich intensywności.

360-degree feedback, considered complex and multidimensional, is not commonly used for employees’ assessments. Its success depends on a proper selection of communication strategy. The article describes errors in communication efforts and presents them together with the most important conclusions drawn from the course of a multi-source feedback conducted based on a selection of cases from the commercial practice. Empirical material for the research is based on the experience of a human resources consulting firm in the years 2010–2012.
