Salary is an indispensable element of every employee's life. It serves to meet basic living needs. On the other hand, its amount sets a trend for improving the quality of life and the quantity of purchased goods and services. The relationship between the amount of the minimal salary and the cost of living was discussed, based on the example of Poland and European countries. The legal conditions and statistical data were analyzed, together with a proposal for changes regarding the determination of the minimal salary.

Wynagrodzenie za pracę stanowi nieodzowny element życia każdego pracownika. Służy do zaspokajania podstawowych potrzeb bytowych. Natomiast jego wysokość wyznacza trend dla poprawy jakości życia oraz ilości zakupionych towarów i usług. Omówiono zależność pomiędzy kwotą minimalnego wynagrodzenia, a kosztami życia, na przykładzie Polski oraz krajów europejskich. Przeanalizowano uwarunkowania prawne oraz dane statystyczne wraz z propozycją zmian odnośnie do ustalania minimalnego wynagrodzenia za pracę.

This paper is an attempt to present the role of authentic written texts in teaching communication in specialist language, based on the example of business language. The terms detailed here include communication, language as communication tool and specialist text. The methods of creating new terms, correlations between the sender of some content and its addressee, and the specialist knowledge held. The options of using specialist texts in business language classes were also presented. In this case such texts include information materials, interviews, certificates, contacts, agreements, statements, confirmations, invoices, orders, reports, other documents and commercial forms and commercial and official correspondence.

The paper presents examples of techniques, strategies and activities by means of which a teacher of specialist French may improve the communicative competence level of their students, i.e. the communication skills and interculture competence. The suggestions presented will help the students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for functioning in the contemporary multicultural society. The aim is to prepare students for professional life by teaching them the correct use of specialist French in the institutions they are going to work for in the future.

The Program "Family 500+" was intended to partially cover the expenses related to bringing up a child. Paying parents PLN 500 every month without the need to document the way they were spent determines the obvious question whether it is an additional component of remuneration for work. A detailed analysis showed many common features between the childcare benefit for remuneration for work and proposed changes to the Program.

Program „Rodzina 500+” miał na celu częściowe pokrycie wydatków związanych z wychowywaniem dziecka. Przekazywanie rodzicom w odstępie comiesięcznym 500 zł bez konieczności udokumentowania sposobu ich wydatkowania determinuje oczywiste pytanie, czy jest to dodatkowy składnik wynagrodzenia za pracę. Poprzez szczegółową analizę wykazano wiele cech wspólnych pomiędzy świadczeniem wychowawczym a wynagrodzeniem za pracę oraz zaproponowano zmiany w Programie.

Providing opinions is one of the forms of cooperation between public administration bodies aimed at analyzing the subject of the proceedings and taking into account various legally protected interests. Public consultations carried out as part of the opinion-making process allow for a proper understanding of the interests and needs of the entire community, and then responding to them in the content of the strategic document. On the basis of the analysis, the activity of non-governmental organizations and the barriers they encounter along with proposals for changes and incentives during consultations were assessed.

Opiniowanie jest jedną z form współdziałania organów administracji publicznej, mających na celu analizę przedmiotu postępowania i uwzględnienie różnych interesów prawnie chronionych. Prowadzone w ramach opiniowania konsultacje społeczne pozwalają na właściwe zrozumienie interesów i rozpoznanie potrzeb całej społeczności, a następnie udzielenie na nie odpowiedzi w treści dokumentu strategicznego. Na podstawie analizy oceniono aktywność organizacji pozarządowych oraz jakie napotyka bariery wraz z propozycjami zmian i zachęt podczas konsultacji.
