W niniejszym artykule leasing omawiany jest z punktu widzenia obowiązujących uregulowań prawnych. W pierwszej części omawia się istotę operacji gospodarczych, w których leasing jest istotnym etapem realizacji transakcji pozyskania aktywów podmiotu. Natomiast w drugiej części tekstu problem leasingu jest analizowany z punktu widzenia poduszki podatkowej.

In this article, leasing is discussed from the point of view of applicable legal regulations. The first part discusses the essence of economic operations, in which leasing is an important stage in the implementation of the transactions of acquiring the assets of the entity. In the second part of the paper, the problem of leasing is analyzed from the point of view of the tax pillow.

W pierwszej części przedstawiono kwestię leasingu w ujęciu historycznym, a także prezentując definicję tego pojęcia. W drugiej części scharakteryzowano strony umowy leasingowej, przedstawiając również zakres ich obowiązków.

The article discusses the issue of leasing as a source of financing business operations of enterprises. The first part, presents the issue of leasing in the historical perspective, as well as the definition of this concept. The second part, characterizes the parties to the leasing, also presenting the scope of their obligations.
