Wykorzystywanie seksualne dzieci może mieć długofalowy wpływ na stan emocjonalny, ciało i autoprezentacje ofiar. Dzieci, które były wykorzystywane seksualnie, doświadczają szeregu objawów. Celem artykułu jest analiza, na ile otrzymane w procesie Terapii Poznawczo-Behawioralnej Skoncentrowanej na Traumie lub podobnie rysunki, przedstawiające epizody wykorzystywania seksualnego, wyrażają aktualne stany emocjonalne dzieci. Ocenie podlegało to, co zostało narysowane, bez dodatkowych komentarzy ze strony terapeuty. Analiza rysunków obejmowała ocene stanu emocjonalnego dzieci, w trakcie ich wykonywania. We wszystkich przypadkach na rysunkach wyrażone zostały najczęstsze emocje, które rozwinęły się po stresującym zdarzeniu, takie jak strach, lęk, przerażenie, poczucie bezradności, niska samoocena, poczucie winy, wstyd.

Child sexual abuse may have a long-term impact on victims’ emotional state, body, and self-representations. Those children who have been sexually abused experience a range of symptoms. The objective of this paper is to analyze the drawings that got in the process of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, how much do drawings of sexual abuse episodes received in the process of the therapy express children’s current emotional states. The assessment was to draw what happened to them, without any additional comments from the therapist. The analysis of the drawings includes the expression of their current emotional state and the general content analysis of the drawings using projective methods. The drawings showed that in all the cases the most common emotions developed after a stressful event such as fear, anxiety, horror, sense of helplessness, low self-esteem guilt, and shame are expressed in the drawings.
