Temat poradnictwa zawodowego na terenie szkół w II Rzeczpospolitej pozostaje wciąż bardzo słabo zbadany. Można wskazać na niewielką liczbę prac poruszających tą problematykę. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zobrazowanie głównych działań, stosowanych metod i technik oraz wiodących zadań i ról podmiotów pracujących w obszarze poradnictwa zawodowego na terenie szkół w interesującym badacza momencie historycznym. Szczególny akcent w artykule jest położony na funkcję lekarza, psychologa szkolnego oraz nauczyciela. Istotne będzie także prześledzenie zasadniczych nurtów i idei, które wpływały na kształt poradnictwa zawodowego na terenie szkół.

There is a small amount of publication about professional counseling during the interwar period in Poland. The main aim of the article is to present basic activities of school practice, methods and foreground tasks and jobs people, of those who gave professional advice of choosing a career. The author of the article wants to accent the special roles of the school’s physicians, psychologists and pedagogues. It is interesting to picture also the primal mainstreams and ideas which impacted on formation of school counseling in that time.

In terms of a huge dissemination of the Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia) in contemporary societies, there is a serious need for developing and disseminating scientific-based knowledge about some effective psychological treatments. Because of that, the main aim of the article is to describe the Internet-based treatment and mobile applications with reference to social phobia. The effectiveness, limitations and strengths regarding this kind of therapy as well as the future research areas are depicted.

Ze względu na szeroki zasięg fobii społecznej we współczesnych społeczeństwach istnieje potrzeba rozwijania oraz rozpowszechniania wiedzy na temat skutecznych metod terapii tego zaburzenia. Stąd też celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie sposobów terapii fobii społecznej przy zastosowaniu technologii internetowej za pomocą specjalnych programów internetowych (z j. ang. Internet-based treatment) oraz aplikacji mobilnych. W artykule omówiona została specyfika tego podejścia do terapii, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jej efektywności oraz ograniczeń i mocnych stron. W konkluzji zostały też przedstawione obszary z tego zakresu, które powinny zostać poddane dalszym analizom badawczym.

Development of civilization, changes in the labour market and increasing levels of consciousness of the individual led to the enrichment of a set of competencies, characterizing adults, by autocreational competencies. In response to public demand, a wide range of classes and various forms of assistance appeared, aimed in order to support adults in aware and effective management of their lives and development. Within activities of this type autocreational competencies are created. The need for development of theses competencies and the importance of self-creation in modern society must be noted. It should become a subject of discussion of andragogues, particulary practitioners. The support and supplement of existing range of autocreational courses by knowledge and pedagogic experience and including them in various forms of adults education are necessary.

W tekście przybliżona zostanie problematyka mutyzmu, podane będą jego rodzaje. Na tle założeń teoretycznych dokonana będzie analiza przypadku chłopca, u którego zdiagnozowano mutyzm. Indywidualny przypadek badanego dziecka będzie stanowił podstawę do dyskusji na temat czynników warunkujących wystąpienie mutyzmu

Communication is one of the most important determinants of human functioning in the society. The purpose of this article is to present mutism as one form of communication disorder. The text will approximate the problem of mutism and its kinds. Against the background of theoretical assumptions, a case of a boy diagnosed with mutism will be analyzed. The individual case of the examined child will constitute the basis for a discussion of the factors determining the occurrence of this particular disorder
