Inteligentne Systemy Transportowe (ITS) znajdują coraz częściej zastosowanie w polskich miastach. W artykule poruszono kwestię rozwiązań ITS w mieście Rzeszowie. Zaprezentowane zostały podsystemy Rzeszowskiego ITS w tym System Obszarowego Sterowania Ruchem Drogowym (SOSRD), System Zarządzania Transportem Publicznym (SZTP), System Informacji Pasażerskiej (E-INFO), System Elektronicznego Poboru Opłat (E-BILET). W artykule przedstawiono także wyniki badań zadowolenia pasażerów z funkcjonowania Rzeszowskiego Zintegrowanego Systemu Zarządzania Ruchem Publicznym.

Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) are increasingly used in Polish cities. The article discusses the issue of ITS solutions in the city of Rzeszów. The Rzeszów ITS subsystems were presented, including the Area Traffic Control System (SOSRD), Public Transport Management System (SZTP), Passenger Information System (E-INFO), Electronic Toll Collection System (E-TICKET). The article also presents the results of passenger satisfaction surveys from the functioning of the Rzeszów Integrated System of Public Traffic Management.
