Improvement of international airline fare policy is one of basic instruments of airlines commercial activity in the conditions of ongoing mounting of aircraft operating costs and tuff competition. Development of globalization processes changes the rules of game and mechanisms of international fares regulations. The principles of civil aviation safety and efficiency in conditions of air transportation market globalization are considered.
