Alexander Popovic is the greatest Serbian (Yugoslavian) postwar writer, very difficult to translate, never staged in Poland and therefore not known to the average Polish theatre goer and to theatrical milieu. The director Nono Dragović shares his observations on directing Popovic’s „White Coffee” (world’s first performance) in Serbia and translating it into Polish.
