Method of employees' competences evaluation basing on fuzzy sets logic

The aim of the paper is to present the concept of employees' competences evaluation basing on the fuzzy sets logic. Article presents the motives of fuzzy sets logic implementation within the description of organizational phenomena. Proposes to describe employees' competences as the linguistic variable. In the final part of article there has been shown the schemata of approximate reasoning on linguistic variables considering as the criteria of employee's competence.
