Dilemmas of the Organizational Culture Change Processes in Industrial Companies

This paper formulates the thesis that organizational culture, being a particular form of organizational knowledge, has a dual and autopoietic nature. This understanding of organizational culture served as the basis for formulating conclusions and recommendations for the transformation process of organizational culture in the Polish businesses. The developed conclusions are supported by research results on changes of organizational culture in traditional industry companies in Poland, as well as by studies on changes in interpersonal trust in the process of clustering.
