This article deals with the concept of introducing international proverbs to the foreign language lesson. International proverbs can be a good way to improve language skills in at least two foreign languages with less effort by using the analogy between the languages. What is more the experience that the student gains by learning the first foreign language, can be used while learning the second and the next one. Moreover international proverbs, in regard of the European policy supporting multilingualism among the European citizens, help to achieve this goal.

Parliamentary elections in Italy, which took place on 24 – 25 February 2013 in a very specific political circumstances caused by economical crisis and the internal situation of the Italian State.The fall of the Silvio Berlusconi’s government and replacement it with a technical government did not improve the internal situation of the country, and indeed it has deepened. The withdrawal of support by the Popolo della Libertàto the government of Prime Minister Mario Monti has caused the need for early parliamentary elections. On the political scene appeared new political parties, including Movimento Cinque Stelle (Five Stars Movement), which stood out from the traditionally corrupt politics and proposed a new form of campaign, using such means as the Internet, blogs, and tour around the country. The new group has also set up outgoing Prime Minister Mario Monti called Scelta Civica (Civic Choice) aided by the smaller parties which were in the Parliament and supported of the European Union austerity policies. In addition, in the election participated the Democratic Party, the Northern League and the Popolo della Libertà (People of Freedom). In total, their participation in the elections reported 215 political parties. Elections minimally won leftist Democratic Party with a score of 29.54% (Chamber of Deputies). Surprisingly Popolo dellaLibertà of Silvio Berlusconi received 29.13% (Chamber of Deputies). But the biggest winner was the Five Star Movement, which won 25.55% of the seats, while the biggest loser was the group of Mario Monti, because he received only 10.54% of votes. The result above shows that the creation of the coalition will be very difficult. Political class will have to regain the trust of the society to be able to make the necessary reforms to cure the economical situation of Italy and they should focus on the problems of the country and not the Silvio Berlusconi’s excesses.

The Northern League for Independence of Padania is the one of the Italian’s parties, which occurred in 1979 in Lombardy (one of the richest region in Northern Italy). The principal goal of that party was to change the territorial system in Italy for the federalism and in consequence to give more political power for the regions. The only way for creation of the federal system in Italy was to change the Constitution and present projects of the reforms. One of it was the devolution which signifies the transfer of competences from the state level to the regional administration. The Italian Parliament accepted the project of devolution but the final approval depended on citizens in the referendum which Lega lost in 2006. Another project presented by the League introduces the fiscal federalism which concerns how expenditures and fiscal instruments are allocated across different levels of the administration.

Liga Północna na rzecz Niepodległości Padania jest jedną z partii włoskiej, która pojawiła się w 1979 roku w Lombardii (jeden z najbogatszych regionów w północnych Włoszech). Najważniejszym celem tej partii była zmiana systemu terytorialnego we Włoszech na federalny i w konsekwencji przekazać więcej władzy regionom. Jedynym sposobem na stworzenie systemu federalnego we Włoszech była zmiana Konstytucji i odpowiednie projekty reform np. devolution co oznacza przeniesienie części kompetencji państwa na poziom administracji regionalnej. Włoski parlament przyjął projekt decentralizacji, ale ostateczne zatwierdzenie zależało od obywateli w referendum, które Liga przegrała w 2006 roku. Inny projekt przedstawiony przez Ligę dotyczył federalizmu fiskalnego, który umożliwia wykorzystywanie lokalnych środków finansowych oraz instrumentów podatkowych przez administrację regionalną czy gminną. Proces przekazywania kompetencji państwa w zakresie finansów lokalnych jest w trakcie realizacji.

Den Gegenstand der Analyse bilden makro- und mikrostrukturelle Elemente wie Textaufbau, vermittelte Inhalte, Syntax, gebrauchte Phraseologie und Terminologie sowie ausersprachliche Elemente.

W artykule omówiono wybrane metody pomiaru jakości logistycznej obsługi klienta, do których zaliczono metodę SERVQUAL oraz CSI. Znajomość przytoczonych metod jest niezwykle ważna w kontekście wciąż zmieniających się wymagań i preferencji klientów. Powszechność metod sprawia, że mają one szerokie zastosowanie w usługach, przez co doczekały się wielu zarzutów oraz modyfikacji. W pracy zostały wymieniono zarówno zalety, jak i zastrzeżenia podawane przez liczne grono badaczy. Na ich podstawie można wysnuć wnioski, iż pomiar jakości logistycznej obsługi klienta z całą pewnością jest możliwy. Kwestią otwartą jest natomiast wybór metody oraz jej ewentualna modyfikacja w kontekście działalności wybranej organizacji.

In this paper, the selected methods of quality measurement of logistics services for a customer, including: the SERVQUAL method, and CSI were described. Acquaintanceship with the methods referred to above is extremely important in the context of activity, constantly-changing requirements and the preferences of customers. The widespread character of those methods resulted in their broad application in services because of which they have been accused of numerous imperfections, and modified many times. In this dissertation, both advantages and reservations formulated by a large number of researchers were included. Upon the basis of them, it is possible to formulate a conclusion that the measurement of quality for logistics services for a customer is certainly possible. A question that remains to be answered is, however, the one relevant to the selection of a method, and the modification of it in the context of the activity of a selected organization.

In 2009 in Italy was founded new political group MoVimento Cinque Stelle (Five Stars Movement), whose leader is an actor and entertainer Beppe Grillo. The five stars concerns five very important questions as water as a public good, Internet, energy, garbage and health care. Beppe Grillo uses modern technology as Internet to diffuse his programme and to organise meetings with his followers. Also, he organised some big manifestations as “Vaffa Day” to show that old politics is corrupts and has come the moment to change it. In addition, he communicates by his blog and series of Meet-Up groups. The movement participated in local elections and every year was able to receive more votes and elect political representatives in regional and municipal councils. Now, the Grillo’s movement is involved in the campaign to the Parliamentary elections. For now the elections polls give them third place.

W 2009 roku we Włoszech powstała nowe ugrupowanie polityczne pod nazwą MoVimento Cinque Stelle (Ruch Pięciu Gwiazd), którego liderem jest aktor i komik Beppe Grillo. Pięć gwiazd dotyczy pięciu bardzo ważnych kwestii, takich jak woda, internet, energia, śmieci i opieka zdrowotna. Beppe Grillo wykorzystuje nowoczesne technologie takie jak internet w celu rozpowszechnienia swojego programu oraz organizuje spotkania czy manifestacje z jego zwolennikami, np. "Vaffa Day", aby pokazać, że stara polityka jest skorumpowana i nadszedł czas jej zmiany. Ważnym odniesiem dla jego popleczników stał się także blog Grillo oraz Meet-Upy. Ruch uczestniczył w wyborach samorządowych, uzyskując każdego roku więcej głosów. Ruch Pięciu Gwiazd posiada czterech burmistrzów, a obecnie jest zaangażowany w kampanię wyborczą do Parlamentu. Na razie sondaże wyborcze dają ruchowi trzecie miejsce, co byłoby niewiarygodnym sukcesem.

Relacje semantyczne w polskich i niemieckich terminach wielowyrazowych z zakresu prawa

The tendency to use multi-word terms is different in the Polish and German languages for specific purposes. The studies of both languages indicate high productivity of syntagmatic derivation in Polish terminology, whereas in German terminology the preferred word formation process is composition. For both the multi-word terms and compound terms not only the structural relations between the components are significant, but also the semantic relationships between the head and the modifier of the term. In Polish and German literature a number of attempts have been made to classify the semantic relationships of multi-word and compound terms. The purpose of this article is to present the selected semantic relationships between Polish legal terms and to show similarities and differences between Polish terms and their equivalents in German.

Tendencja do stosowania terminów wielowyrazowych jest różna w polskich i niemieckich językach specjalistycznych. Dotychczasowe badania tekstów specjalistycznych obu języków wskazują na wysoką produktywność derywacji syntagmatycznej w polskich, a kompozycji w niemieckich terminach.Komponenty terminów wielowyrazowych łączy określony stosunek semantyczny, t.j. relacja między nadrzędnikiem i podrzędnikiem. Relacje te są na tyle zróżnicowane, że nie udało się jak dotąd stworzyć jednej klasyfikacji, która uwzględniałaby je wszystkie. Zarówno w literaturze polskiej jak i niemieckiej powstało jednak wiele zestawień podejmujących próbę sklasyfikowania relacji między komponentami zarówno terminów wielowyrazowych jak i kompozycji.Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie na podstawie wybranych opracowań polskich i niemieckich relacji semantycznych między komponentami polskich prawnych i prawniczych terminów wielowyrazowych, następnie ukazanie podobieństw i różnić, które mogą wystąpić między polskimi terminami i ich odpowiednikami w języku niemieckim.

Increasing interest in learning languages for specific purposes, resulting primarily from the growing need for communication in the professional field, has contributed to the expansion of the offer of various language courses for specific purposes at universities and colleges. The international TRAILs project is being carried out to investigate the state of specialist language teaching in European higher education and to prepare and implement methods to develop the competences of language for specific purposes teachers. The aim of this article is to present activities undertaken within the TRAILs project in order to standardise the manner of training for LSP teachers.
