Wpływ wykształcenia producentów na wyniki ekonomiczne w produkcji artykułów rolno-spożywczych

Zbadano wyniki produkcyjne 28 pieczarkarni zlokalizowanych w powiecie siedleckim i łosickim, uznawanym za region o największej koncentracji produkcji pieczarek w Polsce. Producenci z badanej grupy wytwarzają jednakowy towar, przy zastosowaniu zbliżonych rozwiązań technologicznych i ekonomiczno-organizacyjnych. Badania przeprowadzono na przełomie grudnia i stycznia 2010/2011 roku. Wyższe wykształcenie producentów pieczarek w wyraźny sposób miało związek z wysoką opłacalnością produkcji. W badanej zbiorowości wykształcenie wyższe o jeden stopień gwarantowało przeciętnie rentowność wyższą o 6,7%. Należy zaznaczyć, że grupa producentów z wyższym wykształceniem wysoką efektywność produkcji pieczarek osiągnęła maksymalizując wielkość produkcji, dzięki zwiększeniu intensywności produkcji oraz poprzez racjonalne gospodarowanie wydatkami produkcyjnymi.

The results of 28 firms from the mushroom industry located in Siedlce and Łosice district, considered the largest mushroom production region in Poland,were examined. The producers in the study group produce the same goods, using similar technology and economic organization. The study was conducted in December and January in 2010/2011. Higher education of mushroom producers was related to the higher profitability of production. In the study, education higher by one degree guaranteed an average return in excess of 6.7%. It should be noted that producers with higher education gained better efficiency by maximizing the volume of production, increasing its intensity, and through the rational management of production expenses.
