Among the Polish translations of the San Gabriel. Sevilla by Federico García Lorca, two are distinguishing themselves with the application of special strategies. Irena Kuran-Bogucka’s translation is culturally orientated whilst Jerzy Ficowski uses an adopted interpretation-identification of the Biblical scene of the Annunciation. The Polish translation also creates space for comparative study of semantic as well as stylistic nature.
