Artykuł poświęcony jest technologii planowania operacyjnego w budownictwie. Zawiera treściowy opis zadania kształtowania grafów przemieszczania się brygad na obiektach budownictwa w trybie operatywnym z uwzględnieniem informacji o stanie prac na obiektach przed rozpoczęciem okresu planowanego oraz informacji o zabezpieczeniu budownictwa w zasoby pracy, materialno-techniczne i finansowe. Zaproponowano funkcję docelową rozwiązania zadania kształtowania optymalnej marszruty przemieszczania się brygad pracowników na obiektach programu produkcyjnego organizacji wykonawczej w trakcie planowania operacyjnego.

The article is devoted to the technology of operational planning in construction. An informative description of the problem of forming brigades' schedules on construction objects taking into account the information about the status of the course of works on objects to the beginning of the planned period and the provision of construction with labor, logistical and financial resources is provided here. There is offered an objective function of solving the problem of forming the optimal route of brigades' movement on objects of the production program of the contractor during operational planning.
