W artykule przedstawiono tendencje oraz zmiany struktury w skupie produktów rolnych w latach 1991—2005. W opracowaniu podano wielkość skupu w cenach stałych i w jednostkach zbożowych. W celu szerszego naświetlenia tego tematu zamieszczono także informacje związane ze skupem, dotyczące: samozaopatrzenia, cen skupu, wielkości produkcji przemysłu przetwórczego i obrotu towarami rolnymi na rynkach zagranicznych. W ostatnim okresie wzrósł udział skupu w produkcji globalnej i towarowej rolnictwa. Wielkość skupu, zwłaszcza mleka i mięsa, odgrywa coraz większą rolę w zaopatrzeniu ludności wsi. W strukturze skupu wzrósł udział produktów pochodzenia zwierzęcego, a biorąc pod uwagę dostawców — udział indywidualnych gospodarstw rolnych. Zmiany w skupie poszczególnych produktów były bardzo zróżnicowane zarówno w zakresie jego wielkości jak i wartości. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In this article the tendencies and the structure of changes in procurement of agricultural products in years 1991-2005 were presented In the elaboration the procurement size in fixed prices and in cereals units was given. In order to highlight this topic the information connected with procurement was presented. The information concerns: self--supply, prices of procurement, size of processing industry production and agricultural products turnover on foreign markets. In the latest period the procurement share in global and goods agricultural production has grown. The size of procurement, especially procurement of milk and meat plays more and more important role in the rural population 's supply. In the procurement structure the share of animal origin products and taking into consideration suppliers - the share of individual agricultural holdings have grown. Changes in procurement of particular products were diversified both in their size and in their value. (original abstract)

W artykule przedstawiono tendencje oraz zmiany struktury w skupie produktów rolnych w ujęciu regionalnym. Udział województw w skupie produktów rolnych był silnie zróżnicowany, a rozpiętości pod tym względem wzrosły. Główna masa skupu pochodziła najczęściej od rolników z kilku województw, przy wyraźnej dominacji jednego z nich. Na ogół w województwach o dużym skupie w latach 1998—2000 nastąpił przyrost masy skupowej w okresie 2003—2005 i był on większy niż w pozostałych województwach. Sytuacja ta spowodowała narastanie dysproporcji między województwami pod względem możliwości w rozwoju rolnictwa. Różnice w okresie 2002—2005 między najwyższymi a najniższymi wartościami skupu z 1 gospodarstwa rolnego w przekroju wojewódzkim były ponad 13-krotne, a pod względem przyrostu skupu 47-krotne. In the article the tendencies and structure changes in procurement of agricultural products by regions were presented. The voivodships share in procurement of agricultural products was strongly diversified, and in this respect the spreads have grown. The main procurement mass generally was coming from farmers from several voivodships, with one having clear dominance. In general, the voivodships with great procurement in years 1998-2000, in years 2003-2005 could observe the increment in procurement mass, which was even higher than in other voivodships. This situation caused growing disproportions between voivodships in the respect of agricultural development possibilities. The differences between the highest and the lowest procurement values from one agricultural holding by voivodships section were more than 13 times higher and in respect of procurement grow there was 47 times difference in years 2002-2005.
