A najefektywniejszym i najskuteczniejszym sposobem zabezpieczenia interesów klientów i dostawców, zwłaszcza w zakresie zapewnienia jakości wyrobów i usług, jest wprowadzenie systemu zarządzania jakością. W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania jakościowe zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem usług komunalnych.

In the situation of the effect of the free market, a lot entrepreneurs are being puzzled above possibilities and ways of the improvement in the effectiveness of one's action and increasing products offered to the competitiveness. For the entrepreneur a satisfied customer is the basis for existence of everyone. Meeting his requirements and expectations is a condition of getting satisfying the customer. To get it it is possible offering products and services to the appropriate quality. And implementing the system is an most effective and most effective way of protecting businesses of customers and suppliers, especially products within the scope of ensuring the quality and services of managing the quality. In the article qualitative conditioning of the council service enterprise management was described.
