According to Ernst Bloch, The Principle of Hope [1], can be potentially realized only if the situation is ripe for it. These potentials are constantly created by the changing environment. A company similar in its strategy focuses on particular circumstances in order to survive in the market. This article shows how the changes affect each other at the strategic orientation of a company in the organization and the use of I,T and the volume of tasks.
