W ten sposób porównanie dynamiki, tempa i intensywności zmian następuje z wykorzystaniem rzędów w opisanych funkcjach i mierników im odpowiadających. (fragment tekstu)

A global and quickly changing world needs more and more detailed economic information on process changes as well as change rate. The article proposes how to calculate interest rates (a rate index of two time moments) taking into account dynamic changes of appropriate sub-periods. To describe a process change intensity between its beginning and end kinetic descriptive functions are used fixing the speedy, average and momentary acceleration. The discussed method (using nominal growth rate terms) lets to fix and compare the processes in real term. The theoretical study is exemplified by change analysis and estimation of average wages and salaries in enterprise sector in Poland from December 2009 to December 2010. (original abstract)

Changes are an inherent element of development. They determine the necessity of constant adjustment of all the institutions that control functioning of societies in all aspects. This usually happens in an evolutionary way. According to adopted constitutional assumptions, in the countries in transformation, the changes are of a radical character that breaks off with formal regulations and numerous informal principles of behaviour that existed before. Formal institutions inherited from the previous system significantly influence the speed of adaptation of the countries to changing external and internal conditions of functioning. A growing interest in the role of institutions in economic processes of the systems in transformation results from: - ambiguities as for the reasons for differences between the countries that start with the same initial position (that is hard to explain in categories of traditional models of growth); - differences in economic reforms, processes that accompany them and their consequences. In the countries in transformation the awareness of the influence of institutions on economic development is common. However, the institutions are changed in a chaotic and slow way, and they are often politicised. Institutions created in such way do not favour levelling the delays in development associated with malfunctions of the previous system.

Creative destruction is one of the most popular concepts created by the Austrian economist (Joseph A. Schumpeter) that determines permanent economic changes (in all countries) which are influenced by various factors, among other things, the development of technology. Even though creative destruction destroys old economic structures and changes methods of production, it leads to economic development and growth. J.A. Schumpeter gives special importance to innovation and divides it into five categories: product, method of production, market, supply sources and industrial organization.

Nowadays, ethical issues are becoming increasingly important in the social consciousness, including the economic awareness. At the same time globalization forces strong competition. Creation of an ethical image of the organization can make a profit, as improving the management and elimination of conflicts. These tools of effective management is only part of those offered the use of codes of ethics in business. So it seems the right approach to combine profit with profit intangible material, ethical, in order to achieve economic success.
