W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące wpływu płci, wieku i wykształcenia na szansę wyrejestrowania z rejestru bezrobotnych w Rejonowym Urzędzie Pracy w Szczecinie, z powodu wyjazdu za granicę w latach 2007-2009. Do analizy szans bezrobotnych na wyjazd za granicę użyto model logitowy. W badanym okresie można zauważyć, że taką decyzję częściej niż pozostali podejmowały osoby młode i w średnim wieku z wyższym lub średnim wykształcenie. W każdym z trzech lat badań kobiety postanowił wyjechać za granicę częściej niż mężczyźni.

The article presents the results of a study on the impact of gender, age and education for the chance to de-register from the Register of unemployed in the District Labour Office in Szczecin, due to go abroad in years 2007―2009. The logit model was used for the analysis of unemployed opportunities to travel abroad. During the period of deregistration due to longer than 30 days stay abroad frequently declared the young or middle aged with higher and secondary vocational educations. In each of the three years studied women decided to travel abroad more often than men. (original abstract)

Praca przedstawia migracje zarobkowe młodych Polaków w kontekście ich sytuacji na rynku pracy w Polsce oraz wdrażaniem strategii Europa 2020. Głównym celem pracy jest poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy sytuacja młodych ludzi z wyższym wykształceniem na rynku pracy zmusza te osoby do poszukiwania pracy za granicą. Postawioną hipotezą jest stwierdzenie, że wzrost osób z wyższym wykształceniem wśród młodzieży w Polsce przekłada się na trudną ich sytuację na rynku pracy, co powoduje wzrost migracji zagranicznych do pozostałych państw UE. This paper presents the migrations of young Poles in the context of the situation on the labor market in Poland, and the implementation of the Europe 2020 strategy The main goal of this work is to search for answers to the question whether the situation of young people with higher education in the labor market is forcing these people to seek work abroad. The hypothesis is that an increase in people with higher education among young people in Poland, reflected in their difficult situation on the labor market, resulting in increased migration to other EU countries.(original abstract)
