Rozpoczęcie pracy w nowym miejscu jest dla pracownika dużym stresem związanym z konfrontacją z nieznanym dotąd otoczeniem i ludźmi. W procesie wprowadzania pracownika do pracy powinien brać udział nie tylko pracodawca, ale i cały zespół, podkreślając troskę, chęć pomocy i wsparcia w tak ważnym początkowym etapie. Również wyrozumiałość i wsparcie ze strony klientów jest cenne w początkowym etapie funkcjonowania w organizacji. W artykule podjęto próbę określenia uwarunkowań w procesie adaptacji społeczno-zawodowej nowego pracownika.

Getting started in a new place is very stressful for an employee, associated with the confrontation with unfamiliar surroundings and people. In the process of implementation of a worker, not only the employer should be involved, but the whole team, highlighting concern, willingness to help and support at this important early stage. Also, understanding and support from the customers is important in the initial stage of operation of the organization. This paper attempts to identify determinants in the process of the socio-professional adaptation of a new employee.
