Wdrożenie systemu zarządzania jakością jest dla każdej organizacji przedsięwzięciem strategicznym. Normy ISO serii 9000 obejmują wszystkie wzajemne połączone działania mające związek z wytwarzaniem produktu lub świadczeniem usługi, począwszy od badania i zidentyfikowania potrzeb, aż po stwierdzenie, czy zostały one zaspokojone. Ważnymi czynnikami kształtującymi optymalny poziom jakości produktów lub usług jest koordynacja i analiza wszystkich działań podejmowanych na rzecz jakości. W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania funkcjonowania systemu zarządzania jakością wg ISO 9001 w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjno-usługowym.

Introducing the quality management system is a strategic undertaking for every organization. ISO norms of series 9000 include all mutual connected action having a connection with producing the product or providing the service, starting from examining and identifying needs, until the statement whether they stayed satisfied. A coordination and analysis of all action taken for the quality are important factors shaping the optimum level of the quality of products or services. In the article conditioning functioning of the quality management system according to SO 9001 in the enterprise was described production-service.
