Badania naukowe w zakresie nauk ścisłych i technicznych wymagają w zdecydowanej większości przypadków innowacyjnej aparatury badawczej, której skonstruowanie związane jest z twórczym i kreatywnym podejściem projektanta. Urządzenia te w znacznym stopniu wykorzystują najnowsze osiągnięcia naukowe oraz stanowią nowe wzory użytkowe. W referacie przedstawiono strukturę kosztów wytworzenia innowacyjnych prototypowych urządzeń badawczych, opartych o nowe narzędzia mikroinformatyki. Została wykazana odmienność tej struktury w porównaniu do rozwiązań przemysłowych oraz powszechnego użytku. Przytoczono przykłady wynikające z konstruktorskiego doświadczenia autora oraz zaczerpnięte z literatury. Skupiono uwagę na czynnikach inne niż skala produkcji. Poruszono zagadnienie skuteczności transferu technologii naukowych do aplikacji przemysłowych, co wymaga współpracy ośrodków badawczych oraz biznesu.

Research in the field of natural/fundamental science and technology require in most cases innovative science equipment which is related to constructing a creative designer and creative approach. These devices largely use the latest scientific achievements and provide new utility designs. The paper presents the structure manufacturing costs of innovative research prototype equipment based on new microinformatics tools. It has been demonstrated dissimilarity of this structure in comparison to industrial solutions and general use. Are examples resulting of designing experience of the author and literature. Attention has focused on the factors other than the manufacturing scale. It raised the issue of the effectiveness of the transfer of scientific technology to industrial applications which requires cooperation between research centers and business.

Celem artykułu jest zbadanie, czy koszty produkcji w gospodarce polskiej w latach 1989-2006 wywierały nacisk na ceny, co oznaczałoby słuszność tez wysuwanych przez zwolenników kosztownej teorii inflacji. W artykule zawarto informacje na temat: zależności między kosztami ogółem a inflacją oraz między kosztami przcy a inflacją.

The purpose of the article is to examine if the costs of manufacture in Polish economy 1989—2006 had an impact on prices, what could mean that the thesis put forward by the supporters of the cost theory of inflation are right. The elaboration consists of four parts. In the first part, the theoretical aspects of analysed issues were shortly discussed. The fundamental section of the article is comprised in the two subsequent parts, in which relation among various inflation measures, costs in general and costs of remuneration was examined. In the last part of the article there is a presentation of synthetic conclusions from previously curried out surveys together with their confrontation with the views of various economists published so far.
